Pieter Van Ry
Pieter Van Ry is an executive manager with over 24 years of experience working in both private sector consulting and public sector utility management. He initially began his career as a professional civil engineer and using the problem-solving skills that he learned as an engineer has shifted his focus to organizational management and leadership. He has a BS in Engineering and an Executive MBA from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business.
Pieter has focused his work in the public sector on organizational change management and the implementation of high-performance team cultures. He has transformed several struggling organizations by establishing clarity through the development of a strong vision and mission and establishing a culture of accountability focused on alignment with the company’s values.
Pieter has also spent several years leading workforce initiatives nationally for the water utility sector and has presented on the topic on several occasions. Key areas of focus have included managing generational differences in today’s workforce, management and leadership development, and connection of separating military members to the water sector jobs.
Pieter currently provides career coaching services to several individuals to help them achieve clarity in their professional goals. He utilizes a number of tools to help individuals stay on track with their chosen career plans and follows-up with them regularly.
Pieter’s focus on organizational management and leadership as well as human capital management and development can help your organization quickly identify areas for business process improvement and ways to best utilize and motivate the people who make your company work.
Jennifer Elliot M.Ed.
Jennifer attended the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. She has a master’s degree in Professional Counseling obtained from West Texas A&M University and is a trained Mediator.
Over a period of 24 years in both private and corporate settings, Jennifer as accumulated a varied amount of experience in employee, management and human resource sectors. She brings transformation by making both individual and group sessions interesting, motivating and fun. Potentially overwhelming topics are handled with a vast wealth of knowledge, leaving the participant eagerly wanting more! Jennifer strengthens and challenges you individually allowing seemingly effortless personal and professional growth.
